Freezers & Refrigerators: Curbside delivery is included free on freezers and refrigerators. No stairs or inside delivery available. Units arrived fully packaged on a wooden pallet. Please see further details in the Installation Guide. Orders processed within two business days. Delivery in 3-10 business days after the order is processed.
Accessories & Parts: We offer a simple $15 flat rate for UPS ground shipping with the exception of descalers. If your order includes a descaler there will be an additional $15 Shipping charge. Orders that have a descaler and are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have to ship via UPS 2nd day air and will be charged $95.
Customers are considered responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses during the checkout process. Additionally, customers or their representatives are responsible for accepting the package(s) to be delivered.
True does NOT ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor. Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

True will cancel any order as long as it is still pending and we are notified before the package has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us by phone at 844-849-6226 or by email at trueresidentialstore@truemfg.com, and provide us with your full name and order number.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If it is still pending, you can cancel it and place a new order.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot intercept the package to be delivered and the order cannot be canceled or returned.

Freezers & Refrigerators: If you received a damaged item, please do not accept the delivery. Please refuse the delivery then call us immediately at Equipment Customer Service - 888.616.8783.
Accessories & Parts: If you received a damage or defected item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery and True will ship you a replacement of the exact same item within the normal order processing time. To report those damages, please contact us at 844.849.6226 or trueresidentialstore@truemfg.com.
