Freezers and Refrigerators: Curbside service is included free on freezers and refrigerators. No stairs or inside delivery available. Units arrives fully packaged on a wooden pallet. Please see further details in Installation Guide. Orders processed within 2 business days. Delivery in 3-10 business days after the order is processed.
Accessories and Parts: We offer one simple $15 flat rate for FedEx Ground shipping. Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days and can be delivered throughout the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses during the checkout process. Additionally, customers or their representatives are responsible for accepting the package(s) to be delivered.
True does not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
True will cancel any order as long as it is still pending and we are notified before the package has been shipped. To cancel your order, please call us at 844.849.6226, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide us with your full name and Order Number.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. If it is still pending, you can cancel it and then place a new order.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has left our warehouse, we cannot intercept the package to be delivered and the order cannot be canceled or returned.
Damages or Defects
Refrigerators and Freezers: If you received a damaged item, please do not accept your delivery. Please refuse and then call us immediately at: Equipment Customer Service 888-616-8783
Accessories and Parts: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, and True will ship you a replacement of the exact same item within the normal order processing time. To report those damages, please contact us at 844.849.6226 or email@example.com.
